The Belle Collaboration
We report the first observation of the decay B → χc0K using 21.3 fb of data collected by the Belle detector at the Υ(4S) resonance. The preliminary result for the branching fraction is B(B → χc0K) = (8.0 −2.4 ± 1.0 ± 1.1) × 10 where the first error is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third comes from the uncertainty in the χc0 → ππ branching fraction.
